[@Zanavy] yeah, the Magma Stone is rare, but that is because it's a key item, not a held. Also, it is only said to control Heatran's powers, meaning it has no buffs and only debuffs. I planned to use it as a limiter for Charlie's powers, which he carries in his bag due to it's size, so he doesn't go full natural disaster mode every time someone pisses him off. I could change it so he doesn't get angry that easily, but I thought his emotional 'eruptions' would suit the avatar of the Lava Dome pokemon.
