I think different regions means different levels of tech, so we can handwave this event I think.

But I don't think we should be hauling around healing machines like it was everyday hardware again, because it isn't. It's specialized equipment, so before doing something like this [@Tangletail], you should probably check in with Abysmal... Or the Co-GMs once he's assigned them.
