2. Every portal to Hope is heavily guarded, and every living being in Fear is a spy for Kami. Every rat, mouse, bird, pedestrian and soldier is mentally linked to Kami, and will send a signal to her directly if necessary. For Ashley to get to Hope would be nearly impossible. In any case, she'd have to fight Wiper, Kami, and the Death Priests.
