Nora gasped as she looked at the ring. [color=6ecff6]"I would be honored to wear your ring my love."[/color] She was trying so very hard not to cry. She held her hand out and he slipped it on right next to the other one. She smiled. The rings actually matched fairly well together.  

Nora didn't know what to say to him about what she had planned next. [color=6ecff6]"Tomorrow night I must go to the Vampire council and find out what is going on. I'll need you to help me by staying here so I won't have to worry about your safety. I'll leave tonight as soon as it's dark."[/color] She knew he wouldn't like it but she didn't want to risk him around so many vampires.

Nora noticed a new scent in the air and she smiled. [color=6ecff6]"Looks like our little author is a virgin no more."[/color] She called down to the kitchen and asked Barkley to send Miss Piper to her room.

Piper and Grant were lying in bed talking when Barkley knocked at the door and Piper got up grabbing a robe and tying it before she opened it. Barkley could see Grant lying in the bed barely covering himself looking very content. He cleared his throat. [color=f7941d]"Miss Piper, Miss Nora would like you to join her in her room for a moment." [/color]Piper looked over her shoulder and said, [color=fff200]"I'll return shortly."[/color] She could almost feel his disappointment that she had left the room.

Piper knocked on Nora's door and when Nora opened it she smiled knowingly. [color=6ecff6]"I trust you are enjoying Mr. Holiday's company?"[/color] Piper chuckled and said [color=fff200]"Hello to the both of you. Was there something I can help you with?"[/color] Nora nodded, [color=6ecff6]"As a matter of fact there is. I'll be needing you to help me get to the Vampire council tomorrow night."[/color] Piper was fairly cool under pressure and this was a lot of pressure. [color=fff200]"I trust it is to find out what happens next and to see what can be done to reinstate the compact?"[/color] Nora nodded. [color=6ecff6]"That is precisely why we are going."[/color] Piper looked at Rick. [color=fff200]"You can't be intending to take him there."[/color] Nora looked at Rick's unhappy face and she said. [color=6ecff6]"No, he is not going, If you would like you can bring Mr. Holiday with us. I'll leave that up to you."[/color]

[color=fff200]"Alright, tonight we'll leave."[/color] Piper turned away and then turned and smiled. [color=fff200]"Congratulations on your vows Mr. and Mrs. Hoover."[/color] She turned back as Nora blushed and Piper shut the door behind her.
