I did a [i]massive[/i] sweep of updates to my various character sheets. Starting with their relationship sections, I did a few edits to mostly reflect how the characters are in the IC. Wendy got the most of the edits, but I did a few small edits to Meifeng and Cindy. I also added people (mostly Rhea) to Malik and Veronica's relationship sections.

In particular, Veronica got a bulk of the edits because I added a description of her armor in her appearance section, added in mention of the Intimidation Unit in her backstory, and added her family section so we can finally know what's driving Veronica. I also described Malik's family.

Also decided to mention the Intimidation Unit in the NPC sheets for the various NPCs so they don't seem so disjointed. lol

Speaking of NPCs, here are two new ones. The first one is the last of the Hound's elite mook squad (well, at least from me, ya'll are free to make one), and the other is just... well, something as reference. lol

[indent]The Phantasm models himself after his mentor the Black Hound. Wearing a similar black armor as him with the insignia of the snarling dog, the Phantasm wears a lighter version of the Hound's armor. He wears an armored vest, shoulder-pads, knee-pads, and so on. However, the helmet is designed much differently. The Phantasm's helmet is peculiar as it only has [i]one[/i] glowing eye, his right eye. Which implies he's a cyclops, and his voice is distorted by the mask as well. The Phantasm makes himself just as mysterious the Hound, but there are a few hints to who he is (If he's even male, the armor conceals features). The Phantasm is more of a average, thin, build, that is less threatening as the Phantasm stands at five-seven, and is fairly thin. The Phantasm doesn't seem to be as imposing as the Hound It is unknown what the Phantasm's past is, but he has a deep connection with the Hound. It's heavily implied that the Hound had saved the Phantasm, and that was enough to earn his loyalty. The Phantasm now acts as an assassin for the Intimidation Unit, sniping down targets on the orders of the Foundation Woman. Though, the Phantasm in terms of personality is very loyal, and polite, seemingly a normal person despite being a dangerous assassin. He was picking up on the Hound's work in Britain by eliminating anyone else off the "List."[/indent]
[b]Powers[/b]: 
[i]Void-Teleportation & Phasing.[/i]
[indent]The Phantasm has a connection with an alternate universe, and is capable of traveling through the "space" between our current universe and the next. Through this, the Phantasm manifests an inky-black smoke that he is capable of manipulating as a smoke screen. However, his main ability comes in his teleportation. The Phantasm is capable of physically transporting himself in a linear line from his current position to the next - damn all the obstacles in the way. During this state, the Phantasm looks like several separate wisps of smoke that travel so fast that it's hard to see. The Phantasm can do this many times in a row, but has to orient himself after every leap. In addition, the Phantasm has a "dark sense." An ability that allows him to channel the power of the void in order to see the world through a different filter in which all sounds are illuminated, and much louder. Which makes him an expert tracker and spy as well.[/indent]

[indent]The Secretaries are the name for the designated servants of the Blessed Three. They follow around the Blessed Three and cater to their every whim - whether it's an order, or a sexual favor. The Secretaries are people who were born into the organization, people who have had their memories altered to be eternally loyal to the Blessed Three, or simply employees that are just that damn dedicated. And they come in many shapes in sizes, but all of them are well-dressed. Each of the Blessed Three's secretaries are different. Ezekiel tends to surround himself in pretty women in suits. Blake surrounds himself with men and women - while Julia's secretaries primarily consist of men, but have many women.[/indent]
