He finds any kind of strong alcoholic drink to be a decent replacement for water and will often get into trouble with that habit. Of course, when he isn't barely avoiding trouble with the law Henry spends his time methodically figuring out the vast web of merchants and traders in Priestella Background: Henry was born into a family of adventuring mercenaries. They called themselves "Arrowhead" and were one of many groups of fighters for hire that traveled Lugnica. For Henry this made his childhood a challenge due to the expectations present. He grew up to be a literate, skilled negotiator and professional warrior. The clear benefits of being raised in this mercenary troop was more to make sure he was not only useful to the group, but also able to seek out a his own destiny. In this case Henry thanked them, but he never had a real passion for their work. Henry knew he was a good fighter and would be a decent mercenary at worse, but the motivation wasn't there. At 15 years old he just couldn't imagine himself doing this for years and making his children go into this work. By 17 Henry left Arrowhead to find his calling. He wondered the country traveling with merchants as a mercenary. He encountered a man named Devran Everent who was one of many traveling merchants. In their travels Henry occasionally protected Devran from bandits and in turn was taught the details of merchants and trade in Lugnica. The knowledge Henry received was far more detailed than what he ever learned and it intrigued him. In their travels they became friends and an offer was eventually made to Henry. Devran would get Henry to join the guild he was apart of as another sword. Being a hired sword wasn't too enticing but the next offer was more enticing. Devran spent enough time with the young fighter to know he was clever and intelligent enough to maybe be a merchant who's goods deal primarily in information. Priestella was the city he would need to get started in when it came to both offers, so Henry decided to take him up on both. For two years Henry stayed in Priestella both working for Devran's guild and also slowly becoming a useful information broker. His identity as a broker and hired sword were separate to make sure his loyalties weren't seen as skewed. In those two years the vision he saw of his future began to form just a bit, but even here it couldn't satisfy him.
