(195 lbs.) Subject is an adult male with a strong, muscular physique, with a tan complexion indicataive of Native American descent. Subject's eyes are naturally hazel, but prone to rapid temporary discoloration whilst emergent traits are present. Subject's hair is pigmented black, and was previously kept in a short, utilitarian style, but has since grown shaggy. Subject has black, tattoo-like markings which cover the length of it’s arms, and the markings connect to form an intricate tribal symbol on it's shoulderblades and upper back. Patterns and art style are indicative of Native American design, likely Apache after consideration of the subject's geneology. X-332 has a plethora of small scars along it's knuckles and forearms as a result of it's background, and a two inch long diagonal scar on it's upper abdominal region as a result of a liver, skin, and muscular tissue biopsy performed post-incarceration. Adendum X-332-A-1: A detailed and documented list of Subject X-332's physical changes whilst undergoing an emergent episode can be located in Incident Report X-332-A-1. Skillset: Prior to confinement, Subject X-332 recieved a high school diploma from Cedar Rapids High School of southeastern New York, and recieved a Bachelor's degree in Marketing from the University of Pittsburgh with above average scores. Subject is also an avid hunter and fisherman, but prefers the bow to the firearm. He began to recieve formal boxing instruction at age 8 while in the third grade, and continued this and other informal instruction throughout the length of his high school and college career. He began to take on kickboxing instruction at age 12, and Eskrima at 18 in his free time outside of classwork. Given the subject's familial environment and reported upbringing, it's interest in martial arts was not surprising. . Subject is quite conversational and social, but unusually competitive. Subject has also been recorded on several occasions referring to itself as a, "Perfectionist". X-332 is what some would consider a gifted conversationalist; It's communication skills are quite developed and advanced. However, records from Dr. Katelynn Crawford confirm that X-332 has been diagnosed with high-functioning depression, anxiety, and a slight inferiority complex brought on by it's upbringing; It appears as though the subject has become quite adept at putting on a cheerful facade to disguise it's symptoms and divert attention away from itself. Medical records indicate Dr. Crawford prescribed fourty milligrams (40mg) of Cylexa for the depression and anxiety, and X-332 regularly attended therapeudic counseling once every two weeks with Dr. Renee Nicholson. Before Incident X-332-A-1, no prior history of aggression, violence, or mood abnormalities was present. [hider=Incident Report X-332-A-1] Subject X-332 was apprehended after it was involved in an emergent episode which resulted in the death of three (3) men and the injury of four (4) others, two (2) of which were in critical condition and required immediate medical treatment. According to statements taken on site, X-332 entered a popular Pittsburgh bar named, "The Smiling Moose" between 21:30 and 21:45 EST on the evening of December 30th, 2012. Witnesses report that the subject looked visibly distressed as it approached the bar and ordered a beverage, and proceeded to consume it, alongside several others over the course of the next fifteen (15) minutes. Between 21:55 and 22:05, the subject had reportedly knocked over it's beverage by accident, which caused Joseph Marley (24) to begin arguing with the subject over his damaged cellular phone. According to eyewitness reports, X-332 attempted to shy away from confrontation and tried to make amends with Mr. Marley by buying a round of drinks, only to be struck in the right side of it's face by a then unruly Joseph Marley. What followed is truly and remarkably disturbing. The subject's eyes began to glow a deep tinge of flurescent red within seconds after it was struck, and as Mr. Marley became visibly shaken, he drew his arm back to strike the subject once further. X-332 reportedly took a single step backward to avoid the oncoming blow, and lifted his arms in front of his face to protect himself as Mr. Marley began to scream and shout in abject fright. The subject's veins and arteries began to glow in the same manner as it's eyes, which was followed by X-332 delivering a series of three inhumanly powerful strikes to Mr. Marley's throat and face. Multiple witness accounts report that X-332's strikes left what appeared to be a glowing trail, or a residual after image as it's body moved, and that it's strikes were faster and stronger than any average human could produce. The bar rapidly erupted into chaos afterward, and statements vary. However, it can be distinguished that Subject X-332 was confronted by no less than three (3) other men who attempted to incapacitate it over the following five minutes it took for law enforcement to arrive on scene. Upon arrival, a perimeter was rapidly established, civillians were evacuated from the area, and the FBI's South Side facility mobilized Retrieval Team Beta Omega and breached the front entrance. Police and FBI follow up reports confirm that Subject X-332's eyes and veins continued to glow the same flurescent crimson as the teams entered; However, the subject had somehow been coated in black pigmented markings of unidentifiable origin. X-332 turned it's attention toward the heavily armed agents as they entered, and reportedly withstood, or outright avoided three individual attempts to incapacitate it by use of stun gun and pepper gas. Subject proceeded to advance upon Beta Omega at high speed, disarm and incapacitate Special Agent Gregory Mendez via a flurry of blows to the chest and face, and drop to it's knees before it delivered a powerful blow to Officer Tom Yale's abdomen. He was thrown approximately six feet backward, and both are currently admitted to Pittsburgh's Mercy Hospital in critical condition. Multiple accounts confirm that X-332 then rose to it's full height at astonishing speed, and delivered a punch with enough force to penetrate Special Agent Peter Kale's body armor and continue well into his chest cavity before the subject’s emergent episode concluded. It’s crimson glow faded, but the black markings remained. As it’s emergent episode concluded and the subject realized it’s hand was inside of another man’s chest, , X-332 began to scream and sob hysterically. Multiple accounts confirm that X-332 quickly removed it's arm from it's victim's chest cavity, fell to the floor, and continued to weep, scream, and sob pitifully as it begged the task force to end it's life. X-332 was taken into custody, interrogated extensively, and temporarily housed in solitary confinement within UPMC of Pittsburgh’s mental wing after a full psychological evaluation was performed pre-interrogation, post-interrogation, and pre-admittance. Subject was then transferred to Nellis AFB for observation, testing, and containment. Classification pending. Attached is Subject X-332’s statement. [hider=Incident Report X-332-A-2] Interviewer: “Please tell me exactly what you remember. Try to use as much detail as possible.” ( X-332 appears to be shell-shocked, pale, and it’s cheeks are stained with tears) X-332: “I walked into the Moose at around 11:00 P.M. I hadn’t been feeling right all day. Like I was…. Edgy. Like I had all of this energy flowing through me that wouldn’t go away, no matter how hard I tried.” Interviewer: “So you decided to let it all out on Mr. Marley?” (X-332 appears to be surprised by this response) X-332: “Not at all! Yeah, I might’ve been feeling off, but I had no intention of murdering anyone! I had a shitty day, I felt too full of… Something… To sleep, and I found my way to the Smiling Moose. It’s not like I haven’t gone there before or anything, Mr. Grayflower knows me by name.” Interviewer: “We’re getting off topic. What do you remember?” (Subject sighs, and appears to be growing steadily more anxious as he continues. ) X-332: “I had a few beers at the bar, and I was really starting to shovel it down. Thing was, even though I had drank three or four beers, I wasn’t feeling a buzz. Not even a little—It’s like I just couldn’t get drunk. In the process, I accidentally knocked over a drink to my right. I’m assuming it belonged to the Mr. Marley you mentioned. Well, he started screaming in my face, so I-” Interviewer: “Killed him and his friend in cold blood.” (X-332 appears to be surprised by this statement as well, but shows signs of frustration in his response.) X-332: (yelling) “I already told you! No! It wasn’t like that!” Interviewer: “Then what was it?” X-332: “I tried to offer him and his friends a round of drinks as conselation, but they weren’t having it. Before I had a chance to so much as pull out my wallet, I got blind-sided. The dude hit me in the face with as much strength as he could put behind it, expecting me to go down, and by all rights, I should’ve. Boxer or not, there aren’t many men who can take a full force hook to the face when they aren’t expecting it and come out conscious…” (Subject trails off, it’s eyes foggy and distant) Interviewer: “And then?” (X-332 appears to be deep in thought, but it’s eyes remain distant as it continues to speak.) X-332: “I felt the pain rolling through my face, and I felt a lot of shock and anger frothing through my mind. How else was I supposed to react? But… It wasn’t just anger. It was more powerful than anything I’d ever felt before, but it only lasted for a few seconds at most. Then, my vision started to get really hazy… and… Then I was pulling my hand out of a man’s chest.” Interviewer: “What do you mean? You’re glossing over a significant portion of events. What else do you remember?” (X-332 appears to be growing steadily more anxious. It’s face is even more pale than before.) X-332: “One minute I was telling myself that I was going to turn toward that guy and ask him what the hell his problem was, the next… I was… Totally blacked out. The next thing I remember is… The feeling of that man’s heart being crushed under my fingers.” Interviewer: “You’re going to have to be honest with me if you want me to he-“ (Subject interrupts interviewer, struggles against his shackles in an attempt to stand, and begins screaming. Subject’s eyes flash a glowing blue as he struggles.) X-332: (shouting) “You don’t know what the fuck you’re talking about! You weren’t fucking there, and apparently, I’m a fucking freak! I’m a fucking murderer, and a fucking freak! Just kill me already! I know you’re going to! Do it! Do it! Put me down like the monster I am!” (Subject ceases struggling, dissolves into sobs of despair and requests for death or punishment. Interviewer exits, and X-332 is sedated.)
