Yeah, funny thing was, I was trying to think how the cottage could have been acquired and I was like. Checkov and Cass's early wedding present. I could so see them going half on it and Cassandra would have done all the designing. Plus, she wanted them to have plenty of room because yeah... visits, new friends... family. She just dragged Checkov all over putting it together. Ha ha.
