[center][h1][color=fff200]Piper Lance[/color] and[color=6ecff6] Nora Baker[/color][/h1][/center]


Piper had given Barkley a couple of pills to put in Rick's drink. When it was sundown she went to get Nora. She saw that Rick was sleeping on his stomach next to her, naked. Piper smirked to herself and caught Nora's raised eyebrow. [color=fff200]"Oh please, like you wouldn't look if you were me."[/color] Nora grinned. [color=6ecff6]"Oh yes I would, but I wouldn't be so obvious about it."[/color] Piper chuckled and carried out a backpack with her own things and Nora had a small overnight bag with her. 
 
After checking the map and picking up a dog from Nora's stables they drove the five hour drive to the council. [color=6ecff6]"I take it your Mr. Holiday had no interest in coming?"[/color] Piper was still wondering what happened to him. She was a little hurt at his disappearing act. [color=fff200]"Actually when I got back to my room he had gone. He just vanished into thin air. I never even got to ask him."[/color] Oddly enough this bothered Nora. She knew he could hear her and Piper talking about the council. [color=6ecff6]"I wonder what he is up to."[/color] Piper shrugged and saw a roadblock up ahead. Nora had extra makeup on to give her the illusion of being alive. Ophelia was exceptional at her former job. She had been a makeup artist and Nora had offered her big bucks to work for her.

Piper grabbed hold of the shaggy dog and hugged it and played with it in the front seat. The dog would make a good cover if there were any vamps in the group looking for werewolves. Nora was pretending to be the sleeping passenger. It was chilly out so Piper turned the heat off and let the car get cold.  When they pulled up she asked [color=fff200]"Hello officer, is something wrong?"[/color]

He checked her car and asked her to wake her passenger. Nora feigned waking up. The cop saw a beautiful woman with a healthy glow to her skin and smiled. [color=f7941d]"You ladies be safe out here there are werewolves and vampires out tonight." [/color][color=fff200] "Thank you officer."[/color] Another officer walked by the car and Piper knew he was sniffing for them. She made sure the dog was climbing on her and she laughed pretending to scold it. The cop stopped for a second and continued on his way.

The ladies went on about their way and soon made it within running distance of the council. From there they went on foot.
