From steel intertwined with dragons whiskers, tempered in liquid gold, he forged the chains. With sand from the first mountain mixed with the bone of a judge, he made the... cinderblock (something Iuppiter would need to explain in detail what on Gaea that was)
Thus 'The truth' was made, and [i][b]Ha[/b][/i] got the necessary materials to make his limited weather control ring.
