Lt. Jovar is handling communications at Tactical and he is back to wearing the yellow shirt. I have both images saved on IMGUR.
I noticed his neck appears shorter in the yellow shirt than in the red one. lol
In the game, Star Trek Online, you can create a Klingon character as a member of the Klingon Empire, but not as a member of Star Fleet. I simply cut the head off the Klingon using MSPaint and placed it over an image of a Human Starfleet character.
