Tyaethe drew back as quickly as possible once the mage died, not wanting to risk any residual traps or flames harming her further. A quick inspection of the damage, and a consideration about the lack of pain put the injury somewhere above annoying and into 'actually inconvenient'; she wasn't going to be able to hold her blade with two hands until the damage had healed itself. Unarmoured and down to having to attack with only her non-dominant hand... this would actually be hard in her current state. The difficulty was never going to slow the paladin down, however, and she once again took off in a rush to get to the bottom. In the worst case scenario, all she had to do was hold out whilst the knights chewed through the obstacles--and she had a lot of experience at self-sacrificial protection.
