The new rule for James' power goes:

If someone knows, or as a reasonable suspicion that he is present, and [i]intentionally[/i] looks directly at him, they will break the filter and see him.  

This also makes it a little harder for him to "get away," because before all he had to do was round a corner and he would be invisible again, but now someone has the tools to hunt him down.  It's still not easy, because if you follow him around the corner, you still have to know [i]where[/i] he's standing to break the filter.  You can't just glance at him and [i]happen[/i] to have your eyes fall directly on him.
