Sometimes just inserting yourself in a city is the best way to go. That's what I did with Racheli and it worked out awesomely. 

[@LeeRoy]: I might suggest a less populated City, if you wait until the New thread is up than you have a bigger selection like NYC, Pacific Point, Virginia, etc.
