With Aria, depending on how long she's been dating Kol, and been in Arrowsmith, I thought it could be kind a cool to have her and Jacob be exes, with Jake definitely being the bitter one who hasn't moved on. As for Quinten, I can see him being close with Caleb. How close can be up to you, but I'd imagine they'd at least be friendly, since they seem somewhat similar :)
