It's labelled as both small group and large group because the interest from the interest check for this was fairly small but you always get extra people joining later on.

I see no reason why 2 character would be a problem. Whether you want you play them at the same time, or keep one in reserve in case your primary dies. I would prefer the later as it works better for the concept but I'll leave the decision to you. This is a group site so I want everyone to enjoy themselves.
