Yeah, definitely worth discussing:

1. Anything that isn't on the dibs list I posted or a Legendary should be fair game so long as there's a feasible way to get it in-story. There's a possibility that you'll end up sharing a line with an NPC, since there are a fair few plans in the pipeline, but we'll steer clear of your starters and I'll keep the dibs list updated so we don't have the same issue with player characters? 

2. Tentatively speaking, your list looks a-ok to me. Neither me or RBY had particular plans for any of those Pokémon, so if nobody takes exception to any of your choices, you should be good to go with those?

3. I'll leave it to RBY to post a list for Mia, since it's probably changed a little since it was last brought up way back when, but my own list for Charlie is:
