[@Shadow Daedalus]I don't want any Legendary or Super Rare "Mythical" Pokemon to be Level One at the start of the game because it wouldn't make sense for them to be running through the forest just to be caught by inexperienced trainers. Darkrai is considered a mythical Pokemon.

Also, if you're playing a Gijinka, the trainer has a say whether he or she wants you as their starting Pokemon because they are allowed to choose one. So I wouldn't plan to be wild. It'll be a case-by-case circumstance. But your character might be. All I'm saying is if a trainer wants your character to be their first, then plan for it to be a possibility.
