Ailsa's eyes widened as Ranna activated her powers, pushing Mabel against the wall, but as Ranna spoke Ailsa found herself agreeing. Although Mabel had been helpful enough with her power, her personality did need some work. The only reason Ailsa scraped by day to day in the clinic with the red-haired woman was because she laughed Mabel's harsh comments off. She'd gotten her fair share of teasing about Zach's stray looks, but she'd never spoken up to the other doctor.
