Kyoya was in the area where Shima was push looking for any hint of a camera. He was writing in his black note book again recording anything he saw. He noted that Shima was bleeding before so that meant the nurse had stopped the bleeding before getting her to the nurse. 

"Well my parents are famous, my father is an actor as well while my mother is a famous model. People say I get my looks from my beautiful mother and some said I will be the world's next top model" she said giggling cutely.
