Nah... plenty of classes don't need to be min-maxed.

Barbarians, Sword Saint (AKA Kensai), Fighters, Swashbucklers, Wizards, Some rogue builds, annnnnnnnnd sometimes Paladins.

She's basically based on Sword Saint and fighter. Not really an optimal build, as you'd usually cross Sword Saint with rogue to eventually get the ability to use armor.
