Cybernetic enhanced people are totally acceptable but from what your picture shows that's a little too much. Think like Deus Ex, people have body parts replaced with cybernetic prosthetics but nothing over the top like having only their head being the organic thing about them. If you're talking about robot/AI type characters then drop a CS and I'll look it over.
