Just to give my 2 cents guys, I'd rather us not lose anymore people. I know it's aggravating when someone dont post for a while (I for one am guilty on more than one occasion). I'd say it's better to state a reason why to one of the GMs and we could somehow work around it. If you're having trouble keeping up and wanting to know what's going on I don't mind finding out where the story is going and explain it. I know you have the last say, Wick but I'm just stating that there would be a legitimate reason for not responding. Now if the person is getting bored of the RP or don't like the way things are going, we can discuss it and if the ideas aren't sufficient enough or we can't come to an agreement, then the person could leave. Just wanted to share my opinion. 

Now I myself have been ass deep in PM RPs and have been mentally worn but I will have a post up tomorrow.
