2. You're high ranking in a different land. You have zero authority here. You will be charged if caught in the curfew, and likely reported to your superiors.

3. You can choose why they are there. I simply got them there. The rest is up to you. I suggest remaining in vicinity to each other.

4. The Dragon would have to be either outside or in the higher parts of Sunfire, the top of the tree, in the open area. No the Dragon did not have the dream. Just the main characters.
