Elves aren't an inherent evil race. People just don't like em and they were almost systematically eliminated because Satella kinda caused the near end of the world itself and a lot of the issues in the world are blamed on her, such as the Mabeasts created by gluttony. 

Also Goblins dont exist, or they shouldn't exist. I'm okay with the orc because orcs could just be another subspecies of demihuman or perhaps a mutation from the aforementioned almost end of the world.

But yeah [@Lucius Cypher] Re;Zero is medieval fantasy political simulator 2k16. Protection and preservation was the main goal of the various governments. Until they realized they might have the strength to repel the witch's influence of course. I'd suggest watching the show if you are going to partake in the rp, assuming you have not already.
