[@Raijinslayer]Oh, once a year? That's a perfectly fine limit. You see, it actually wasn't going to be a problem at all, believe it or not. You see, if you had made it so he could return from every death, well... Let's just say I'm having you face the enemies you currently are because, while they might want to kill you, they won't be able to just do so immediately. If Drosil was truly unfortunate enough to have the ability to return back from every death, then I wasn't going to have to show nearly as much restraint with him; it was just a matter of keeping him from facing enemies who could rip his soul apart before and/or after his death, separating his connection from his new birdy buddy, blah blah blah.

Basically, I'll still be showing him the same restraint I'm showing everyone else now (except for once a year, don't think I'll ever forget that, I plan on abusing it maliciously), all that good stuff, so we're good, we're good.
