As for Croagunk and Ralts, Croagunk will probably be most common around Oldport, but there may be a possibility of finding one in any grassy area, especially if it's a damp/marshy place. Ralts can also be found in the grass, so getting one soon wouldn't be unreasonable. You'll be most likely to catch one near Clemantine though.
