Feel free to set up a scene.  I will make the assignment Sapas have to do with the Ouroburos, what exactly remains to be seen.  Chances are the agent you involve will be hopelessly confused by the whole endless civil war thing but try to act like it understands anyways. (It could be a exposition opportunity- how would a Ouroburos lord explain their situation to a alien they associate with?)
