[@Kafka Komedy] I'd say they'd both work in different fashions, though for the sake of not getting stabbed in the weak points, or worse, I might propose making sure any exoarmour covers their entire body. Y'know, because superhumanly fast and strong mutants will probably win against bare human flesh, and all.
