The [b]Republic of Kavonia[/b] orders a partial mobilization. The Kavonian President requests military aid from the Kingdom of Dongaria.

The bordering province of [i]Karalia[/i] in the [b][color=beige]Seljuk Empire[/color][/b] revolts. With a population of 2,100,000, the rural Karalians have long labored under Seljuk oppression and while the Seljukii Army had not visited Karalia for nearly fifteen years, the Karalian Independence Party took it upon themselves to declare independence. Knowing however that their meager nation would not stand independent from the Seljuk for long, the Karalian nation immediately appealed to the other [b]Great Powers[/b] for aid.

The Seljuk Army is ordered to partial mobilization. Two divisions--under newly recruited [b]General Hassan Mahmed[/b] ([i]Loyal/Alcoholic[/i])--leave the Seljuk capital in marching formation toward Karalia.
