[@AdobeFlash] Well, I guess it depends. We're kinda sorta closed. But I will allow cases such as our last player. We can't take any more galactic-scale powers due to the storyline taking place. However, minor nations are much welcomed. The Gray Spaces on the map are the Unaffiliated Zones, regions of space made up of nations too small to be seen on the map.
