Sexuality: Bisexual In Depth Appearance: Fareeha is, in some ways, an average woman of her people. She’s about 5’ 10”, which is slightly taller than most women, but not really remarkable. Her skin is the darker bronze also common among her people, with unremarkable night-black hair. However, her hair is cut down just a little past shoulder-length- a personal preference, which she pulls her Princess-y strings to keep- and her bangs wrapped in two golden spools that hang on either side of her face. She generally wears a tank top or a t-shirt, a leather jacket, aviators, and a good pair of jeans and combat boots. While she has a military uniform, she rarely ever wears it. For formal or professional purposes, she wears more traditional garb, usually consisting of white robes, golden jewelry and accessories, and some sashes and a headdress. She bears hardworking roughed-up hands, well-scarred shoulders, arms, and legs from sword practice, training, snakebites, and some encounters with wilder animals, as well from bushes and such. Her eyes stare sharply out from blue-green gold-flecked irises, with a perpetual expression of seriousness, with only a slight hint of mischievous foxiness. Personality: • Integrity • Duty • Confidence • Fareeha Amari is, to say the least, a very confident person. Amari is a proud, confident, dedicated woman who knows what she wants, what she’s burdened with, and what she needs. She’ll do what she needs to do, and will do it well. More than that- she has decently thick skin, but when it comes to insults or disrespect to her people, or something else that’s her responsibility- not her friends or family, for example, unless she has a pet or somesuch- then she gets angry. And Fareeha Amari is rather hard-headed, and will not let anything go. Any slight will be noticed, but ones against her responsibilities are ones worth her time. She knows what needs to be done- and thus, she has trained in a great many fields, and continues training in almost all of them. She knows politics, combat, command, diplomacy, history, her religion, global culture, and otherwise. She continues studying these things- even in her time at Aciras- to better herself in the future. In addition- she’s competitive. She wants to be the top dog, and she’ll try very hard to make sure that she’s right on up there. She’s got ambitions to be one of the bigger, better Queens of the world, one that could take down a man or nation alike- or patch them up and get them going again. She’ll almost never refuse a challenge. Fareeha is also very loyal- but in a strange sort of way. While she will most certainly follow her friends, and back them up should they ask for it, she won’t leap to her friends’ defense if they’re insulted in her hearing, expecting that any of her friends can defend themselves, without needing her intervention at all times. Moreso, if she’s legitimately busy, she will likely finish whatever it is she’s doing, rather than leap to a friend’s aid. Her loyalty is solid, but Fareeha comes first, and she expects her friends to be as independent as herself. More than this, she enjoys having a bit of fun every now and then. While she spends most of her time ‘working’, in some form or another, she does occasionally spend time doing whatever she feels like- searching for pretties to buy, teasing fans or random passerby, swimming, riding one of the royal family’s many horses, or playing with her little habyeeb (her loved ones)- the family’s vast collection of animals. These range from their snakes, which they have the most prominent collection in the world, and to which the Royal Family regularly inject themselves with the venom from them (diluted doses of it builds up their immunity such neurotoxins, as well as their immune system as a whole, making sickness virtually nonexistent among them), to hyenas, lions, elephants, and more. There is only one time she is truly smiling, however- in the middle of a massive rainstorm, common to the more tropical sliver of coast in her home nation. Likes:

A challenge!
Her habyeeb (translates from Arabic to ‘her loved ones’), which consists of her two favorite pets- a king cobra and a hyena.
Thunderstorms and lightning; rain
Horses, and other animals in general, such as hyenas or elephants
Being a top dog/ better than others
Respectable people
Pretty things (she is a liiiittle vain)
Her people, her nation, and her family
Snakes, she really likes snakes (her pet is an unusually docile king cobra, which she has a venom resistance to anyhow)
Dislikes:

Llamas. They’re an exception- they always spit at her, the vile beasts.
Insubordination, treason, dishonesty, disrespect, or otherwise something BAD without a damn good reason.
Sandstorms. She’s been through more than a couple, and she absolutely hates them.
People who think they’re better than her- regardless of whether or not they are (besides people like her parents, or a commanding officer, or the sort)
Being ignored, passed over, or otherwise dismissed from one’s attention.
Fears:

Lack of control.
Not being forgotten, but being ignored and dismissed from relevance.
Reliance on someone else, whoever it may be.
Biography: Fareeha Amari began her life as a wild card, a force of nature. Even as a toddler, she was running every which way, giving her parents a real workout just to keep up with her! Eventually, they reluctantly gave up on trying to be the only parenting and mentoring figures in her life, and brought in one of Empress Ana Amari’s former collegues- an ex-special forces desert guide, who made his way through life by giving tours of the dangerous land to foreigners or scholars. This ended when Fareeha was 10 years old. For years, Fareeha had been running off to the wilderness around the city to explore the hilly, hard desert, which had plenty of rocks, small caves, and otherwise to investigate. However, while going out farther than they normally do, her guide was bitten- by a king cobra. Shortly afterwards, in an attempt to ward off the snake and try to save her dying friend and guide, she was bitten as well. It took four hours for the search parties to find the bewildered, injured Fareeha- who, despite being bitten, had only mild pain, but was smart enough to know that running around trying to get home or to try and save her guide would mean the venom traveling through her system faster, before it could react- and her very much dead guide. Due to the diluted venom doses that the royalty injected themselves with at least once a week for their entire lives, Fareeha had an immune system that far surpassed a healthy adult- such as her guide. After this, her parents took a much more involved role in her life, making sure that she was trained in a great many things- including basic survival in both the jungle and the desert. Shortly afterwards, Fareeha began involving herself with the exotic animal keepers in the palace; there, she began to interact with animals of all shapes, sizes, and kinds. It was here that she officially adopted her pet snake and hyena- a ball python, and a pure black hyena cub. Using these two animals as her greatest friends- despite a snake killing a friend and sort-of father to her only a year or so earlier- she grew past it and barreled on, studying harder and training faster, getting to know her pets and her people in equal measures. When she was fourteen, she was admitted to Mamlakat Alssahra’s special training division, which was designed to accept 14 and 15 year olds and instill them with military mindsets and training by the time they turned 16 or 17. A year later from graduating from this special school, after intense schoolwork, Fareeha turned 18 and entered Mamlakat’s only university. Graduating at the top of her class in Political Science at age 20, she went on to officially enter the special forces training school- which she had been sort-of attending throughout her school years, in the few times she wasn’t bogged down with work. Fareeha was on the verge of graduating from Level 2 to Level 3 (to become one of their special forces, one must achieve Level 5 Military Proficiency) after just a year when she was informed that she was needed to take a more active role in her family- and marry someone else. So it was with great reluctance that, a month later, she shipped off to Aciras to turn her hard work to something more political. It hadn’t really occurred to her until then that she was the only child of a wealthy nation- and therefore, destined to inherit it. A nearly all-black adult hyena whose name translates to “Sunny Joy.” (Both of these pets were brought with her) Kingdom colors: White, gold, red. Their flag is a golden Eye of Horus on a background that has the upper half white, the lower half red. The Eye of Horus symbolizes their people, their gods, and their power, while the red symbolizes blood, and therefore, the sacrifice, and white symbolizes peace, and their isolation in that peace. Due to a tradition between parents and firstborn, they allowed Fareeha to choose her last name: either Abasi’s , her father, last name, or Ana’s, her mother, last name. Thus, she became Fareeha Nasser Amari, siding with her mother’s lineage, which was less scholarly and more military when compared to her father’s side. Mamkakat Alssahra is a unique empire slash kingdom- it’s one of the oldest civilizations in the world, and the last one that still stands. Its capital city- about twenty miles inland from the coast, and therefore ringed by desert- is ringed by the Thirteen Great Pyramids, which are, based on their culture, a sign of great luck, due to the number thirteen being their lucky number. These Pyramids are also either museums- three of them are- or facilities for various functions. Two of the Pyramids have been renovated to house military facilities; four more are for various research and development laboratories. Two more are manufacturing facilities, and the last has been built into and around to become their palace, and has been so for hundreds of years. Their lands extend all across their lonely continent- indeed, they’re more of an Australia sitting smack-dab in the middle of the largest ocean, right on the equator. Only the coasts are really habitable; deeper in the record-breaking heat of the desert are only research outposts or advanced facilities of various functions. In addition, their coasts are the only places with an actual amount of foliage or fauna- the first dozen or so miles next to the sea are covered in a more tropical biome, which suddenly and immediately gives way to desert farther inland. The entire island is, also, volcanic- most of it doesn’t bear any resemblance, but at the very heart of the island is a single mountain- a volcano- that the entire island came from thousands of years before. It isn’t active, but there are still enough geothermal readings to make some people uneasy. What they’re known for: Fortunately for this pseudo-Egypt/Saudi-Arabian country, they’re also the largest source of oil and natural gas in the known world, even if the cost of importing it to buying counties has somewhat offset this profit. In addition to this, Mamkakat Alssahra hosts the most advanced and elite military in the world, even if it’s about as large as a country’s military half their population. This is, in part, because they focus on research for a great many fields, concerning military, petroleum, aeronautics, and nautic technology. Their special forces and anti-terrorist organizations are the best in the world, and many other nations hire/borrow them out to train their own men, provide extra security at important events, or to simply inspect their systems for any possible exploitable loopholes. Their aircraft are some of the fastest and most capable, and they are the most efficient at refining and shipping the oil they pump up. They’re also known for having a host of very dangerous species- mainly reptiles- that normally kill a man with a single bite. Hence why it’s so important for the royal family to be immune to such things- it’d be easier to let loose a couple of these rather common fatal reptiles loose in their palace, and let them kill people as they come and go. Besides very dangerous species, there are also a great host of exotic species, some of which can only be found in the jungles or desert of this island.
