All things considered, Henry is the size of a rhino. This issue of moving him somewhere can be tackled in many ways. The simplest would be demonstrated by these two images.

Pretty much the same way zoos get large exotic animals onto their grounds. If The Cheyenne Mountain Zoo can manage an elephant, and the Alligator Farm can manage [i]hundreds[/i] of Alligators that are a third Henry's size as adults... is it really unrealistic that a government funded organization such as the TEF would have a hard time managing him with a budget their size?

All things considered they could just go Harambe on his ass with a large gun and it'd be over pretty quick. Henry isn't obscenely strong compared to modern animals. He is basically a person turned gorilla-crocodile. The only difference is that if you cut off his arm he'd regrow it after a month. Put a big enough bullet in his skull, and he'll die just as any other animal.
