[@Lucius Cypher][@ADamnFiddle] Rem and Ram could both do that weird water manipulation thing when they were kids to irrigate crops. Magic is kind of all over the place in Re Zero lore. The incantations seem to be more about how powerful it is than how it works mechanically.
