Ray is pushing 30, she doesn't look it, and when she is asked how she does it, her answer is always "Old Indian trick."  She was a patrol cop for a little while, but hated all the bureaucracy, so she left for private security instead.  One of her partners used to get so angry at her for making her old indian cracks, he reported her to HR for "being racist"  Her answer to HR was "I can make fun.. I are one"  

She pushes forward this image of being a total badass, and she can be, until you bring spiders, snakes, lizards or any other creepy crawly, then she acts like a 12 year old girl.
