With Lorag heading back up the stairs, the group strode on to the bridges. Their wary eyes were flicking between every nook and cranny they could make out. It was a short time before they realised that the broken path beneath them might have been taken for a road. Even that detail, seeing it flow with the contours of the cavern, made it seem even more like they were above-ground. "Lorag's right," Fendros commented. "If we try to live down here, there will always be more Falmer. If we could have any hope, perhaps something in this place could teach us how to make our own automatons. Or control them, or something." Unbeknownst to the rest of them, Sabine had found an angle to sneak off to the side for a moment. She returned before anyone noticed her diverging. "Meesei," she said quietly from behind them. She had a dirty stone in her hand with a cloudy crystal. "These things in the rock, are they soul gems?"
