[@sakurasan] Of course relationships can develop IC :D The RRA is just to give an initial web of connections to bounce of off, and it tends to up the drama at the start as well (what if your character has a love relationship with someone, but they are crushing on someone else?) just makes it a bit more interconnected ;D
