Piper sped into Dracula's house and put Grant down. [color=fff200]"Are you okay babe?"[/color] She unwrapped him and he appeared to be okay to her. She had to have a word with Vladimir. She had been promised that the cage would hold and it didn't.

[color=fff200]"Dracula! Where are you? We have a problem and it's your fucking fault!"[/color] Piper paced back and forth waiting for some response.

Grant awoke to the sound of Piper yelling. He sniffed the air before opening his eyes and checked his surroundings. He could smell......that he was in the home of his master, with Piper. Nora was present in the manor as well. Grant opened his eyes and spoke softly.

[color=0072bc]"My love.....please do not piss off our master. For instance, blaming him for anything might not be the wisest course of action."[/color]

Piper looked at him and Nora came into the room quickly and gave Piper a disapproving look. [color=6ecff6]"Shutup Piper!"[/color]

Piper growled in the back of her throat. [color=fff200]"He said I would be unable to get out. By the way Nora, thanks for the wrist and leg irons that dug in as torture devices. I must have gone to a whole other level of angry because of that. Apparently my strength is growing still. I killed two men last night....."[/color] She looked at Grant curiously. [color=fff200]"I'm not sure how you managed not to get killed. I remember the wolf turning away from you."[/color]

Grant moved closer to Piper and slipped his arm around her waist.

[color=0072bc]“Love hath made thee a tame snake”[/color]

Grant kissed Pipers cheek.

[color=0072bc]"I would like to have believed that you could recognize me through our bond, strong as it is my dear."[/color]

Piper nodded. [color=fff200]"I think I did on some level. I could have killed you so easily this morning. There is no other reason that makes sense." [/color]

Nora doesn't look so great and Piper notices. [color=fff200]"What is wrong with you Nora? I can see that there is something bothering you."[/color] Nora put a finger up in front of her mouth. [color=6ecff6]"Nonsense, I'm fine, except for my rest being disturbed."[/color] She texted Piper.  [i]Rick?[/i] Piper showed Grant and gave him a questioning look. She decided to tell her the truth. She texted Nora back. [i] Rick asked Grant to turn him into a vampire. He did, last night just before coming here.[/i] 

Nora looked at the text and she didn't know what to do. She read it several times and responded with [i] you left him in the house with the staff?[/i] Grant nodded. Nora got upset. Piper got upset too when she realized what was likely to happen. She texted back [i] Ben was still there.[/i] Nora visibly relaxed.

Suddenly out of nowhere Vladimir showed up reading over Nora's shoulder and he took her phone. Nora took it in stride but a little fear was in her stature.

[color=6ecff6]"Hello love, we were trying to keep it as quiet as possible for you. I hope we didn't wake you." [/color]Nora said cuddling up to him. Vladimir looked at her accusingly. [color=ed1c24]"Who is Rick?"[/color]

Nora said, [color=6ecff6]"The gardener. And Barkley is my butler and Ophelia is my cook. Am I not supposed to have staff?"[/color]

He looked at Nora, his eyes boring into her like needles. [color=ed1c24]"You are lying to me. He is more than that. Why would he want to turn vampire."[/color] Nora said, [color=6ecff6]"I wish I knew, I guess he wants to live forever."[/color]

[color=ed1c24]"Nora, bring him to me. I want to meet this gardener of yours. "[/color]Nora scoffed. [color=6ecff6]"But why? He is just a gardener and you already have one."[/color] She was playing dumb on purpose and he knew it.

Nora nodded, [color=6ecff6]"Fine, I'll go get him this evening. Let's just hope he is still there and that he hasn't eaten my other staff."[/color]

Grant knew this was his moment to shine.

[color=0072bc]"I doubt it. Since I was the one who turned him, his blood should be fairly calm. When I was first turned my bloodlust was very controllable. I was fortunate. Besides this, I doubt he would want to harm those who works for the women he loves. Whose bed he has shared with. Many many times."[/color]

Piper watched Nora's face and she turned and looked at Grant like he head lost his mind. Piper laughed out loud and stepped on Grant's foot. [color=fff200]"Over the years vampires have many many lovers and thralls my love. It doesn't mean they mean anything to the vampires they serve."[/color]  She gave Grant a warning look that he was the only one to see.

Grant laughed softly.

[color=0072bc]"I understand my love. I may be young in vampire years but I am far from unintelligent. I was only making an accurate statement. I mean I have no idea why Miss Nora would choose to lie in such a way to my master, who I serve loyally. Tis a mystery to me. I believed Miss Nora to be the honest type, especially with one she claims to love. But these are just my thoughts, which I am regaling to myself out loud."[/color]

Grant winced slightly from when Piper stepped on his foot, and while his expression never gave away his feelings, inside he was hoping something would happen. This was not a part of any plan but he figured a little payback was due considering Nora had threatened to all but rape Piper.

Vladimir ordered his car be brought around and he grabbed Nora by the neck and ordered Piper and Grant to come with him. Piper glared at Grant. [color=fff200]"Are you trying to get us killed? What makes you think that if he kills her that he wouldn't just take me for himself?"[/color] Piper was angry with Grant. She had no choice but to sit next to Dracula in the car.
