The attention of the group became split with Sabine's find. Few enough knew exactly where soul gems came from, let alone seen them in a raw crystal form. They tried to keep their eyes peeled, but they were still jolted to attention by Meesei's warning. The centurion was, of course, imposing, though seeing one up this close allowed the group to take in its details. It was just as intricate as the spheres and the spiders. Its scale only made the thought of Dwemer technology more impressive. It had to weigh a ton and hit like a boulder. They were glad that the last one they found was disabled before it could strike at the warband properly. "Are you sure it still works?" Fendros asked with caution. "This is the first one we've found that has stayed put when we're up this close." Sabine answered with logic. "The other ones worked. They were just as old." Either way, no one was willing or desirous to defy Meesei and get closer. They collectively gave the centurion a wide berth as they continued down the path.
