im popping out of nowhere to say this:

triggering cannot be used as a term for ppl who are just sensitive arses, it is a legitimate term that only applies to people with ptsd, in which a certain event/sound (eg: things that sound like gunfire if someone has ptsd after being in the army) that can trigger said ptsd and cause flashbacks/nightmares/etc.
