Haru looked at Alex as he placed the last item inside his bag. This was rather unusual even for the guy. Maxine looked at him and then to her boyfriend, catching a nod telling her everything will be okay, as he gave her the bag.[color=yellow]” Wait for me before you go near Erin. She doesn't know you and I'm not sure if Clara is out or not. Alex would you follow me to the Library?”[/color] the young man asked before walking towards the room. Once inside he locked the door and took a deep breath.[color=yellow]” Okay. May I ask what is bothering you and how I may help?”[/color]

[color=cyan]”First I have to say this. I don’t fully trust you. I don’t know if I ever will. That being said you are the only person I can turn to for this. You talk to the people here more than I do. I need you to point out someone other than yourself who can track. I need to find Vincent and kill him before Erin can do anything about it. After that I am going to make sure that she isn’t stuck at this school anymore. I know you’ll do what you can to help her. This school isn’t safe anymore, and as long as Vincent is alive out there isn’t a good idea either. So, who do you know that will help me out?”[/color]

Haru sighed and walked around. He was making sure they were alone and undisturbed. When he walked back inside he crossed his arms.[color=yellow]” Tracking is more of a natural skill Alex. You have to have the instincts more than the skill set or at least that was what my step dad would say. There isn't really anyone else who can teach you to track as well as I can and no one who can teach you to disappear as well as Erin. Either way I see it you're stuck with me.”[/color] the man said as he went to the hunting books. The young man hummed as he searched, finding a hunting for idiots book on the lower self behind all the book, and grabbed it.[color=yellow]” Good thing delinquents went here huh?”[/color]

He then walked over to Alex and placed the book in his arms. The guy knew what the other one was asking but he just felt like being a smart ass for now.[color=yellow]” Best teacher on the house. If you want someone to track for you I would see Nikki or Kyle for that advice. Now I must be off because Erin had gotten to become a moron these past three weeks.”[/color]

Alex took the book while pulling his knife out and stabbed it straight through the middle. He wasn’t amused. He was pissed. [color=cyan]”I can’t go to Nikki because she would probably realize what I’m doing and I’m kinda ticked off at Kyle right now. You need to stay here to either keep Erin safe or get her out if the coast is clear. I need to go kill Vincent. Stuck at a crossroads here. If you are being honest about wanting to help Erin then you know that keeping her from killing Vincent is the best thing to do. Letting someone take out revenge is never a good thing. I also never want Erin to want to choose to kill someone. Leave that to Clara, you, and I. The more you kill the worse you become. I’ve already lost that part of my humanity. I don’t want to see Erin become Clara.”[/color]

[color=yellow]” Don't you think I've tried talking her down? You know as well as I do that when she sets her mind on something then you need to get out of her way. The woman is doing this for everyone here and doesn't care if she lives or die.”[/color] the guy said as calm as one could be. He knew Alex wanted to save the lighter half and that was good. But what if she didn't want to be saved? What if Erin wanted this more than she wanted to stay?[color=yellow]” I'm starting to think, that in her own way, she's trying to save the school. Besides me and Maxine were already going to spring Erin free but from what we are hearing from the guards-,”[/color]

His jaw clenched as he tried to word his next sentence carefully.[color=yellow]” She's cold Alex.”[/color]

YAlex looked intently at Haru. The face that seemed angry was beginning to look saddened, [color=cyan]”You don’t think I don’t know that. Look, even if she doesn’t care if she lives or dies, I do. And because I know she won’t stop until she kills Vincent that is precisely why I have to do it before she can. I don’t care if she ends up being mad at me for it. I don’t care what she will say to me afterwards. Even if she said she wanted to kill me for doing it first I DON’T CARE. If she never wants to see my face again it doesn’t matter to me. I will do what I have to to keep her safe. If you do find the opportunity to get her out do so. If you can find the time get my brother and sister as well. I trust you way more than I trust the people here and I barely trust you. If you can’t that’s fine. I can get them out myself later. Just, make sure to stall Erin long enough for me to finish all this crap once and for all.”[/color]

[color=yellow]” Alex, this is something Erin needs to do. So please, as much as it kills me to say this, let the girl free herself in her own way.”[/color] Haru said trying not to tear up himself. He didn't want to say it but there was no other option, after all he promised the woman he would keep Alex safe, and he intended to do so.[color=yellow]” Visit with her and have one night to remember together. That will show her how much you care and maybe. Just maybe she will stop hunting.”[/color] it was hopeful thinking granted but what choice did they have?

Alex just couldn’t deal with this. Showing his emotions was so foreign to him. Being in this world made it even worse. How much he wished that he could convince Erin to stop, but he knew that as long as Vincent was alive it would never be over. He would keep coming and she would eventually try and kill him. Alex honestly didn’t know which outcome of a fight between the two would be better. He wouldn’t be able to deal with it if Erin lost who she was. He also wouldn’t be able to handle it if she died. The only possible choice in his mind was for Vincent to die before Erin had the chance to do so herself. Alex knew that at this point he wasn’t going to be able to get Haru to help him. So, in a matter of seconds, he thought up a plan. He hated the idea of the plan. It would keep everyone safe though. [color=cyan]”Fine. I see you won’t help me here. I’m going to go spend some time with Erin. Since I’m staying here we should be able to get her out tonight. I’ll speak to Sadie and Micky before I go talk to Erin. They will be ready when it’s time to leave. You get whoever you know is on our side and ask them for help. One way or another some of us are leaving this school tonight.”[/color]

[color=yellow]” I'm not doing this by choice Alex. Before she left Erin asked me to take care of you. So, I'm doing as she asked. The girl is madly in love with you that she can't handle it. The woman doesn't know love really. Yes, Vivan tried her best and Ava loved her like a sister, but you're the only one who can show her more. I suggest doing whatever you need to in order to make her see where she belongs. If you really love her so much show her sides of you that no one else knows and show her love that only a lover can. After all, our time is limited here.”[/color] Haru felt so bad using Alex, but it was most likely the only way to snap Erin back to reality. To save the lighter half killing isn't the only thing in this world.

[color=yellow]” I would keep near her Alex. Ingrid is pissed right now and we both know the Irish is rather unpredictable when they're mad. Micky and Sadie can stay in my room. I never use it anyway and I don't feel comfortable leaving Nikki unguarded. I'm trusting your girlfriend with you.”[/color]

When Alex heard Haru say that he had known Erin left it took all he had not to get angry with the boy again. If it had been someone else that said that to him he probably would have beat the crap out of them right there, but Haru was trying to help right now. Alex couldn’t get angry. He had to stay calm. It took him only a few seconds to calm his mind and at least attempt to think logically. [color=cyan]”Alright then. I’ll quickly go tell Sadie and Micky to head to your room and be waiting. You and Maxine find whoever is willing to help us. I’ll be with Erin until it’s time to leave. Stay safe.”[/color]

Haru nodded and unlocked the door. He allowed Alex to leave first before going to find a book. The guy picked one with a strange title and searched for a certain page. This was how him and Maxine were communicating without anyone knowing about what they were planning. The words didn't matter only the page numbers. When 36 came up he ripped the small section off and smiled. This would tell her to pack up and help the kids pack as well because it was time to move. He left with the tape and stopped by their bedroom door. The guy tapped the number to the door firmly and then left to find Nikki.
