[@roman] When you say "your classes are assigned to you, rather than chosen to take?" Do you mean that the study group class isn't an elective and isn't chosen, or that all classes are delegated and cannot be chosen? Because most high schools let you choose classes?

Also, is the "study group" an afterschool thing, or does it actually take up a class period? 'Cuz it'd be kinda unfair if it takes up a class space if the student originally signed up for a set amount of classes and gets one removed just to be in the study group. I do believe that parents would go to court over this (at least they would have at my high school haha)
