[@Cyber Mama] I was thinking exactly about that right now. They can join I think. They will just be underdeveloped by technology starts tho' but...as only at EvoTier 4 people can attack them , they will be safe from attacks.

More underdeveloped race = more time for the "original" races to fight between themselves.

+ after all the original races will reach EvoTier 5 , a new danger will appear and the underdeveloped races will either band with each other ( if the players wish to ) or I'll think of some advantage to be given to everyone to be at the "same" level.
