[@Vetis]; yeah, I'm really sorry about the restrictions I popped on children of the big three, but personally I feel as though they should be limited due to the fact that they are so powerful- if you have too many running around, it would cause chaos. -shakes fist- Damnit Ate..! The restriction is also inclusive of the Gods Roman counterparts; so for example if there was a son of Zeus, and a son of Jupiter both in the camp, both spots in that cabin would be filled and no one would be able to make a child of those Gods until one passed away, or left camp for good. (<- that sounded worse than I meant it to...)

As for the other Gods and Goddesses; there is no restrictions on how many children they possess, only some of them- such as Hecate for eg. - have restrictions on their powers.

Also... I see what you did there..! Do we happen to has a Whovian in our midst..? If so, don't worry, I am too -ish wearing a sonic screwdriver top as I type all this-
