Tez, Herald of Discord Soon after the defeat of the Horde Tez stared dully around him as what remained of the Horde collected itself under its new leader, a Tedar. Brolan or something similar. He hadn't paid attention as he was tossed to the side by those who had once cheered his name and followed his orders. His sword arm was gone. His power, that vicious drug that had rushed through his veins, destroyed spells and bodies alike, was gone with it. Without it, he could barely function, much less fight and win successfully against a stronger opponent. He was going to be left behind. He knew that much. The Horde didn't have time for the weak, the defeated. It would get direction again, hunting some other target, and leave all of them behind. He was frankly surprised that he wasn't killed yet, slain for what meat he possessed. There was a sudden flash of light in front of him, and the multi-colored God of Chaos was before him. "My my. Moping about losing your arm, are we?" Vestec giggled, hauling Tez's shocked form to it's feet. To see a God once was fortunate. To be chosen by a God was a blessing. But to be visited and saved twice? He was meant for something great. He could feel it. His God put a hand on his stump and Tez grinned. Then he screamed in pain as harsh metal began to grow from his stump. It burned. It burned hotter than anything he'd ever known in his life. A raging inferno seemed to consume him, and all he knew was the burning pain in his arm and he just wished it would stop, that the pain would end and he could just die. For surely that was what was happening. The God was punishing him. Stripping his soul bare for his failure, flailing his spirit for being weak enough to be defeated by a mere girl. Tez hit the ground with an audible thump. The pain was suddenly gone, replaced with a brief numbness and a rush of power as he fully connected to his new arm. He looked down, eyes going wide. Replacing his lost arm was a metal one, ending in five razor sharp clawed digits. It was black, so dark that it seemed to absorb the light from the Galbarian sun. He heard the Mad God giggling above him and looked up once more. "Go. Kill this 'Bolar'. Reclaim control of your Horde." With that, Vestec was gone in a multicolored flash of light. Tez picked himself up, flexing his new arm. His new power, at once as exhilarating as a new find and reassuring as an old friend, flooded through his veins again. He grinned a bloodthirsty grin, shoving his way through the crowd. He could see the new leader of the Horde ahead of him, making decrees. "Bolar!" He roared, tossing goblin out of the way. The tedar rounded on him, massive club at the ready. "Who the fuck are you, thinking you can just call upon your leader li-" His angry question never finished as Tez focused his power sending it in a concentrated beam towards the giant tedar's skull. It didn't explode, like Tez had expected. Rather, it fell apart in a mass of disunity. Blood, bits of bone and brain, bits of eyes all fell to the ground in a pile of gore. "I am the leader now! You obey me! Or you will end up like him! Do you understand!?" Tez screamed, eyes roving the horde members nearest to him. None met his eyes. "Good." He needed to make this army stronger, faster, more mobile. They didn't have a home anymore, and were likely surrounded by enemies. They needed to be fast, and deadly. His eyes settled on the Heraktati. They were a fast attack force, already feared by many. With riders, they'd be even deadlier. But who would be both light enough and stupid enough to ride them... Tez looked over at the goblins around him, and smiled.
Tez is moping about having his arm and power ripped from him by Tira. Vestec shows up, gives him the Arm of Discord (-1 Might) Tez kills the new leader of the Horde, declaring himself leader. He looks around, trying to figure out how to make his new Horde more mobile and deadly. He sees the Heraktati and Goblins and smiles as a plan begins to form. (Creation of Heraktati Riders by the time the Horde reaches present time)

The Demigod of Secrets and the God of Chaos
Might: 0 Worshippers: 0 Lazarus kept her journal box close, having not dared to open it in a while. Too many spies, too many people showing up out of nowhere. No way to detect them, and no way to stop them. A multitude of bad deals, a multitude of hastily made decisions. Many things, some of which Lazarus never planned to honor. To betray the trust of a god, one would call foolhardy. She didn’t care. She looked at the pitiful huts that the Roivack had set up outside her cave. They had begun playing with metals, but they remained barely subsistence. It was simply unacceptable for what she needed. And so, with words on her lips, she projected outwards. With arcane words, she called out, ”Vestec, I need you.” An apparition of Vestec appeared next to her. “Yes Lazzy dear? It’s been so long, I’ve missed what you’ve been up to.” He looked around, tutting a bit. “This is quite the downgrade. I hope you’re comfortable. Still want that Horde?” He began juggling with multicolored balls of chaos fire, idly examining his surroundings. ”The horde? If my plans come to fruition, I request that they be placed in defensible positions in the mountains that surround me, so that I can make this pitiful collection of Roivack into something better. I’ve had a few ideas, perhaps I could peak your interest?” Lazarus responded to the balls of chaos fire with an illusion of her own, flicking her wrist. An illusionary set of ever-shifting visual paradoxes floated above her taloned hands. Vestec giggled in delight at the paradoxes, before scratching his head. “I’m not sure they’ll do that unless you make yourself head of the Horde. Good ole Tez isn’t the type to hang around. He’s interested in hunting down Sculptors, Lifprasilian followers, Angels, and just about anything else that had to do with his battle earlier. They might stick around for a week. Then Tez’ll get impatient, take them somewhere else.” He leaned in closer at the mention of ideas. “Oooh. What kind of ideas?” ”You know full well that the Roivack are well regulated, controlled by their respective gods. I will never get far using them. This is why I wish to modify those in my grasp. I wish to create a species I can rely on to further my goals. Allowing this species to develop is why I need the horde to defend the routes in and out. Tell Tez that if he holds the passes long enough, I will bring him a second army to help him hunt down his targets.” She turned away, furtively working on her arcane illusion. The species she had in mind began to form, a stout, bearded figure. It took very little time to do. She then continued, “I will be granting this species the secret to my magic, I will allow them to tap into my energy. Those that take up the craft may very well prove to be a useful asset.” “Sooooo, you want the stoutness of the Goblins, intelligence of the Azibo, the cunning of the Trolls, and the strength Tedar, all in one being. Shouldn’t be too hard. I’ll even add a little touch you’re sure to love!” Vestec grabbed the illusion, pouring his divine power and energy into it. In a moment the stout bearded figure was alive, looking around with bleary, angry eyes. “Where’s the liquor at?” It demanded in a thick accent. “Me head’s pounding and it’s too damn bright in here.” “There we go!” Vestec giggled. “They feel terrible when they aren’t at least a little drunk, so I suggest contacting Maeus to teach them how to drink and make their own beer. Not only that, I suggest you defeat Tez to have that Horde protect your fledgling race as it grows and learns. Otherwise he’s as likely to abandon them as turn on them.” Vestec paused, his colors slowing, and one could practically hear the frown in his voice. “They don’t really have a safe place to live. One moment.” He disappeared. High above the Southern Ices, Vestec reached into the Realm of Madness and pulled out the remains of Reathos’ corpse. “You can still be of aid friend! Just need you to do one, teensy weensy thing for me!” He releasing more divine power, Vestec made Reathos’ body grow many times it’s normal size. Eventually he had a gargantuan skeletal corpse. He cast the corpse down to the ice tundra below with a heave. It flew towards the ice, flames growing around it, before crashing into it with a thunderous crash that could be heard across the world. Flames, both normal and chaotic, burst from it, searing across the entirety of the southern ices. Immediately, hundreds of pounds of snow and ice turned to water. Reathos’ corpse had also risen the earth for many miles, and Vestec used the divine energy in it to guide the cracks and rises, stopping the new ocean from flooding into both the Fractal and White Seas. Some still trickled through, of course, but not the world altering amounts that could have been. He guided the creation of mountains and islands, giggling madly all the while. Those Pronobii, both chaotic and normal, that hadn’t fled to the Northern ices earlier, scavenging a life in the bitter cold and unforgiving wastes, were slain in a sudden inferno with no more warning than a giant ball of fire falling from the sky. Vestec gathered all of the Pronobii souls, stealing both Reathos’ pillar and his Avatar to guard it, and placed them in cavernous corpse of their former god, binding them there, building a massive mountain over the top. “I’ll add finishing touches later, for now, this is good!” Vestec giggled, returning to Lazarus. “You now have a defendable home for you race, what are you calling them by the way, and a new home for you to live in. Now all you need to do is beat down Tez, kill Tez, mind control Tez, or take over Tez’s position as leader of the Horde in some other way. Simple!” Vestec declared, throwing his hands wide. Lazarus, as usual, seemed rather unfazed by the events that unfolded, albeit all she had seen was the disappearance of Vestec and the rumble of the earth below her feet. She simply continued onto the next section of her plans. “Bring me to Tez, I will handle the rest.” with beady eyes, she awaited to see the leader of the horde.
-Lazarus prays to Vestec -Vestec appears, listens to her ideas, and agrees to help. -The Dwarves are created. (-1 might from Vestec) -Vestec takes Reathos’ corpse, increases its size many times over, fills it with his power, and basically piledrives it into the Southern Ices. This turns the ices into water, which Vestec is obliged to curb with the excess power from Reathos’ corpse. He builds land mass to stop the water, islands in amongst the water, and a mountain above the corpse. (-10 might for holy site) -Vestec snags all the souls of the Pronobii (that are dead), Reathos’ soul stone, and the avatar of Reathos and places them all in Reathos’ corpse, binding them there. (-1 freepoint.) -Vestec returns to Laz, offering the remaining Horde of Chaos if Laz can take control of them. Lazarus bids Vestec bring her their leader. Vestec has 1 Might, 1 Freepoint left.
