[@Polaris North]Hell yes guns are allowed. Since this is anime style you can go pretty crazy with it if you wanted - i'd even make some adjustments to allow someone to have a tank if they wanted. (with major debuffs to alot of things to balance, but still. [i]tanks.[/i])

as a general rule the RP is alternate history, every-so-slightly futuristic. So all modern day stuff plus a lil extra.
