[@Vocab]Aiden leaves hiring up to divisions leaders, all of whom are Espers/Mages of the 7-8 range, and none of them would mind hiring Koko as long as they were professional, followed orders, passed a basic test to prove themselves capable, and didn't bother the boss. Last one is more of a personnel safety tip then a requirement.
