[@Write]Lightning bolt at 2-2 is still pretty powerful, but tell you what: would you accept it if i made a random table for it? All the way from does nothing to instakill. That way it's a pretty chaotic effect so even though it could be powerful, it might not be, making it viable for that position in the sheet.
