[@BlackPanther] Considering that the assassin may not live very long and even if not killed would be required to be turned over to Spring from Fall unless they want to break the peace, I don't see a good reason to go through the whole PC creation process.  Unless you have an interest in playing someone short term, or Lady Runic feels it's necessary or has other ideas.  *shrug*  If you mean for Spring ruler, we'll see, I guess.
