I think it would make more sense for them to get captured now, seeing as Soto would probably get herself executed if Yerbol and Aria managed to get off-world. That way they can get coordinates for the meeting from Soto's quarters or something and actually find their way there(I doubt that the Empire and the Republic would broadcast their peace talks on galactic channels xD)
